Expose folder and tag metadata via the MCP

Could folder and tag fields be added to the meeting search/list results, with the ability to filter by them? That would let me scope searches to a folder and/or tags.

The MCP's search tool only matches on title/content keywords - it can't filter by the folder a transcript lives in, or by tags on it.

Both already exist on transcripts, and either would scope a search properly - e.g. "only search transcripts in the ACME folder"
