Retention Settings for Recordings

Right now, recordings can be deleted immediately after transcription. I want to make this more flexible by allowing you to keep recordings for a set number of days before they’re automatically removed.
This gives a bit more breathing room. You can revisit the original audio when needed, while still keeping things tidy and aligned with the privacy-first approach.
